Island Spit Roast is a cottage industry, manufacturing custom built stainless steel spit roasts, to very high standards and specifications.

Michael Crocker has developed and evolved the rotisserie over a ten year period. "This is a very reliable, portable and practical spit roast and at the heart of its durable stainless steel casing is a powerful motor gear box. It is an inspired spit roast designed for the discerning caterer"

Linda Crocker built a business utilising the spit roasts for catering at outside events: Parties, Barbeques and weddings, throughout the Isle of Wight.

Each Spit Roast is custom built using stainless steel and is powered by a 220/240 volt electric high quality motor gear box, (which can also be powered by an inverter via a 12 volt battery) The heat is provided by L.P.G. Gas.
